Rolly Update: "I LOVE him." A quote from Rolly's owner, where Rolly resides at a lesson and therapy barn in Southern Florida.
My mom bought Rolly for me to help me learn to jump, but Rolly proved not to be a match for this job. He would jump, but he didn't like it. Rolly was the definition of way more woah than go.
I rode Rolly bareback, western and English. I even had him (slowly) turn a barrel, do the pole pattern, and go over jumps. In fact, I even won grand champion in a walk/trot Hunter training show at Vero beach equestrian center on Rolly.
Rolly was amazing on a trail ride as he loved his horse friends. He wanted to be right with them but would go out on his own when asked. He never bucked, reared, bolted, etc. He picked up the correct lead about 95% of the time. Cute little trot.
Rolly's previous owner, a lesson barn, put him between 13 and 18 years old. 14.3 hands.
You could put a baby, grandma, husband, whatever on Rolly. He took care of everyone.
